Day 163: Peanut Butter Cookie

This is one of the only desserts I make from scratch regularly. Don't confuse regularly with often though. I probably make these twice a year. Usually out of boredom. They are really easy. I'm not a huge die hard peanut butter cookie fan. I'll take Chips Ahoy! and Oreos over them any day. I make peanut butter cookies because they are easy and I tend to have the ingredients without having to make a special trip to the grocery store.
