Day 168: Apple Strudel

The Germans sure know their pastries. Wayyy out in Parkrose, there is a charming little place called The German Bakery. They make Apfelstrudel fresh every day along with many other German delights. It's super cute and run by actual Germans. Love it.

It was perfectly flaky with sweet apple filling inside. Es ist gut!
