Day 264: Pecan Cookie

I didn't want this to be anything like the pecan sandies I had before, so I made pecan cookie balls. This may have been easiest this I've bake so far on this food expedition. I would use less sugar next time. only because a lot when to waste for the outside coating.

They are pretty good. Much better than the sandies. I'd consider making these again. For a party or something.
