Day 268: Crab Meat Newburg

My family is now in town, so I was able to get them to make me this one for me. My brother worked the pan, my mom was the sous chef, and I measured things out.

If I didn't hate crab so much I'm sure I would have love it. My brother is a good cook. The rest of my family loves it.
