Day 291: Chocolate Cupcake

Safeway didn't have any small packs of chocolate cupcakes. They had a number of assorted large packs for Halloween.  I went with the Betty Crocker mix with Hershey's chocolate in the middle.  I forgot how simple baking out of the box can be. It's been a while. They tasted delicious, but I wish I had centered that chocolate better.
