Day 293: Brandied Fruit

Since we had both brandy and Grand Marnier on hand, we decided to prepare brandied oranges. Aside from peeling the very juicy oranges and freeing them of all pith (did not complete), the recipe was very easy.


Alex took a bite and recoiled at the taste.


He did not like the booziness. His take? A boozy Orange Julius. Orange Boozius? Booze Julius? We ate a lot more of the whipped cream than the brandied oranges.
