Day 123: Raspberry Popover

Well. For some ungodly reason, we thought today was raspberry tart day instead of raspberry popover day. Ahem. So we went and had a huge dinner and Alex downed a raspberry tart and then realized we had effed up. Curses. So now he is hurriedly mixing together the raspberry popovers (he hates popovers: see Blueberry Popover) so we don't miss our deadline. It's a good thing we have so many ingredients available due to this project. Thank goodness they were both raspberry!

They were just about as good as the last popovers. Except the tartness of the raspberry helped. Alex took one bite and declared that he was done.

Yeah. I am not sure that popovers are our thing. But now we're done. Good night!
