Day 146: Blueberry Cheesecake

Out of all the cheesecake combinations we've had so far (and I feel like there are several), blueberry cheesecake comes out on top.

We took a semi-easy route today which meant purchasing a cheesecake from Trader Joe's and topping it with fresh blueberries. Delicious.

Alex loved the combination. He said it tasted like blueberry pancakes, but in cheesecake form. Much creamier, obviously. Anything that tastes like creamy blueberry pancakes is all right in my book.
