Day 129: Butterscotch Brownies

Why do people keep removing chocolate from things that are meant to be chocolate? I got the recipe from Very Best Baking. It was a bit of a work out since the batter got pretty thick.


It was also some more work to cut these damn things out of the pan. They didn't get any less thick.


They taste exactly like they sound too. Good, but not chocolate. The top has a nice crisp to it though.
