Day 113: Cherry Cheesecake

Well, another day with fruit that's not in season. Maybe the overlords that decide these days are in another part of the world. Or maybe all the good days were taken before the cherry cheesecake people got their s#!t together. Anyway. We got high fructose corn syrup laden cherry pie filling to top our cheesecake. Oh, what am I saying? I don't eat that stuff. So Alex's cheesecake.
