I've never had zucchini bread. I'm not a huge fan of zucchini and that's probably why. It's not something I hate; it's more of a why bother. I got the recipe from allrecipes.com. I ignored the walnuts and halved the recipe.
It came out great and smells pretty good. It's about as good as zucchini. Not bad, but why bother. I could have spent that time making banana bread.
