Day 99: Chinese Almond Cookie

I went back to Xuyen Bakery to make this easy. It's the same place I got the cream puffs. They are very nice there. Once this project is done I hope to go and get something by just browsing.

They had the cookies individually wrapped which made for a very quick and easy purchase.

It's one hell of a thick cookie. It kind of tastes like a peanut butter cookie, but with a much, much lighter flavor. The website says it goes great with milk and I'm sure it does.
