Day 62: Cold Cuts

Cold cuts make me think of questionable meat. Think Lunchables. Or the Cold Cut Combo at Subway. I couldn't hang with that, so I went to the deli counter at New Seasons Market (dot com!) and got smoked turkey, herb roasted turkey and Niman Ranch ham. Add salami, provolone cheese and cheddar cheese and what do you have?

 
Cold cut party! We thought about making sandwiches, but quickly put the kibosh on that because we have major problems consuming entire loaves of bread. So we opted for crackers. The platter was a nice alternative to our usual hot dinners. Alex had fun building stacks.


I tried to be adventurous and sampled Mortadella but it was super gross, so it did not make the (cold) cut. Get it??!
